ANNUAL REPORT ( 2017-2018)

The Annual Report showcases the achievements and glories of our school, undoubtedly, but also makes us think deeply about our future actions. We have always been committed to create an environment in the school which helps the young minds to blossom and provide a platform for individual thinking and holistic development of the child’s personality. We set standards and goals for ourselves and strive to achieve them – be it in the area of academics, sports, discipline, leadership and more. Today, we are here to celebrate the courage that our students displayed in the path to success.

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE

I wish to begin with our performance on the academic front. Achieving academic excellence is at the heart of our endeavor as educators. Academic achievements reflect a demonstrated ability to perform to the best of one’s ability by developing one’s intellectual potentials and skills with diligence and ardor. CLASS XII RESULTS SCIENCE STREAM

In science stream of class XII 12% OF Students scored above 94% and 26% students scored above 90%
Our science toppers were Deepak Srivastatava 96.4%, shashwat agrawal 96.2%, pranjal agrawal 96%, ruchi agrawal 95.8%,isha pathak 95.4%,divya yadav 95.4% geetanjali gangwani 95.2%, amit singh 95.2%,preksha dhoot 94.8%,rishabh agrahari 94.6%, Pranjal Pratap dubey 94.6%,
Subject wise highest marks were physics 100, chemistry 95, mathematics 97, biology 98, English98, Painting 100M and music 100.
7 Students of our school have qualified JEE Advance .They are Saksham Gupta AIR 353, Sarik Shameem AIR 40, Ritesh Singh AIR 166, Shashwat Agrawal AIR -443, Hemant Tharad AIR-918, Anmol Gupta AIR- 6000, and Abhishek Gupta AIR-5000,
5 Students of our school have qualified NEET PMT 2018 .They are Amit Yadav, Kashika Singh, Ayush Arya, Hanshika Raj and Sonal Das.
6 Students of our school were selected for admission in Foreign University they are Shivansh Srivastava , Abhishek Anand, Harshit Sah ,anmol dhawan,priyan rai and dev agrawal.anmol dhawan got admission in Singapore polytechnic. Priyan rai an dev agrawal got amission in university of Cincinnati USA.
23 Students of our school have qualified JEE Mains.

COMMERCE STREAM

Aryanites shine ones again giving the best results in commerce stream, this excellence in Aryan is due to high vision skillful execution and hard work of all the stake holders.

30% of our commerce students’ score above 95%, and 61% students score above 90%,

SINCE LAST THREE YEARS IN A ROW WE HAVE REGIIONAL TOPPERS OF COMMERCE STREAM WITH 98.4%. HOPE LEGACY WILL CONTINUE.

- Snigdha rai got first rank in BHU B.com entrance AND Mallika Mehrotra got 2 nd rank.
- In 2015 ,20 students scored above 94%,in 2016, 24 students scored above 94%,in 2017, 52 students scored above 94% and 2018, 64 students scored above 94%.

After a gap of 7 years class X board exam were held at external centers and Aryanites once again proved that they are best mentored and prepared.

RECOGNITION AND AWARDS

INTACH HERITAGE QUIZ- Harshit upadyaya and sudhanshu rai won national final of intach heritage quiz. our school hosted this edition of intach heritage quiz at our school .aditya mahanta and reeva agrawal were selected for state round.

Harsh Vardhan Kanodia bagged the best photographer award for International press.
Aradhya Agarwal bagged the best High Commendation and Pranav Jalan bagged the best verbal mention for UNHRC.
Kunal DodJa acclaimed the best verbal mention for Lok Sabha.

LITERATURE FEST - Our school participated in the Literary Fest held from 07/08/2018 – 10/08/2018 by the renowned Allenhouse Public School, Kanpur. The participants were Debojeet Chakravorty, Jwala Pratap Singh, Nitya Bansal, Inshita Thapar, Asneet Kalra, Aarya Raj Yadav, Shreyansh Khaitan, Aarna Tandon, Hitanshi Goklani, Ishita Tiwari and Reeva Agarwalla.

Our school’s team won , first prize in Lampoonery, second prize in Gift of the Gab, third in the Thespian Act, third in El concurso and third in Hit the trail to a-d-Mart. The Aryanites also bagged the title of The most Vibrant Team.

The quest for success does not end here. Aryanites aim higher for the upcoming events.

ACHEVEMENT AND SPORTS

In CBSE cluster V table tennis tournament at Allahabad our under 19 girls team of niharika deo and shambhavi gupta got silver medal in team event and qualified for nationals.
Niharika deo got bronze medal in under 19 individual event
Under 17 girls team of pragya, aayushi and shruti won bronze medal in team event
Ayushi singh got silver medal in under 17 individual event and qualified for nationals
Pragya diwedi got silver medal I under 14 individual event and qualified for nationals
Shushant goel of our school ranked fifth in Cbse zonal rifle shooting championship and qualified for nationals

Riya pandey class XII won gold medal IN UNDER 19 100 MTR BREAST STROKE,GOLD MEDAL IN UNDER 19 200 MTR BUTTERFLY,SILVER MEDAL IN B 100 MTR BUTTERFLY, silver medal in 50 mtr butterfly and bronze in 200 mtr individual

EVENTS AND ACTIVITY

SCIENCE EXHIBITION

Annual Science Exhibition technocraft-2018 was held on 16 th oct 2017 under the motto Innovation is key to greatness. The Event saw young enthusiastic participants from the school putting up MORE THAN 200 participatory exhibits comprising of Innovative working models. The exhibits were indeed eye openers on various topics related to Green energy, Innovation in transport, Communication, Agriculture, Surveillance, Bio diversity, Smart cities and Environment.

CLIMATE SCHOOL

SEEDS Asia JAPAN has been implementing a three-year project on “Participatory Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction Approaches in Varanasi” funded by Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, since October 2015 . The project is being carried out to promote Kyoto Varanasi Partner City Agreement which was signed by both mayors in the presence of PM Modi and PM Abe in August 2014. In the past 2 years, various Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) training workshops were conducted by SEEDS Asia, in our school and societies to increase their knowledge of DRR and their capacity to respond to natural disasters. Last year I visted Kyoto and this year our manager admin mr. gaurav visted Kyoto to learn drr education in Kyoto. In order to disseminate the importance and the spirit of DRR more widely to the people of Varanasi, DRR Awareness-Raising Campaign are now planned ON 17 TH November 2018 at our school from 8.30 am. WE REQUEST OUR PARENTS AND MEDIA PERSONS PRESENT HERE TO PARTICIPATE IN PROGRAMME.

ACCOUNTING WORKSHOP

On July 24, 2018, our school got the privilege to conduct a seminar by respected Dr. R. K. Khosla and MOST PRESTIGIOUS AND RENOWED AUTHOR OF DOUBLE ENTRY BOOK KEEPING THE THE BIBLE OF ACCOUNTS Dr. T.S. Grewal. The students, the teachers and our respected Chairman had a mind blowing session with them. They were not only limited to accounts or books but also involved the lessons of life. They made the students realize the importance of a teacher in one’s life. THEY WERE VERY MUCH IMPRESSED BY MENTORING OF OUR COMMERCE STUDENTS AND AWARDED THEM.

On 21st July, an extensive orientation had also been taken by Mr. Anand Pandey, representative of UCAM University, Spain, for classes XI and XII. He cleared the queries of the Aryanites regarding admission criteria, fee structure etc. about UCAM University.

We have New academic block named commerce block with all modern infrastructure including auditorium with smart class rooms. Our Chairman Mr. Vineet Chopra inaugurated block on 14 th July 2018

Skill education

As India targets to becoming a global economic powerhouse, it needs to equip its workforce with employable skills and knowledge to make India a developed economy. We are pleased to share that our school has got affiliation for finenencial marketing management, web application and Information technology as skill base subjects.

LEARNINGTUESDAY/THURSDAY -- It is an innovative learning approach to enhance the practical skills of commerce students from an initial age giving them the required exposure in various commerce-related topics by renowned academicians and industry experts based in the Financial Capital of India - Mumbai through digital live classroom equipped with webinar hardware and software. It’s salient features are -

- Exposure giving ease in deciding ones academic and professional future VISIT OF MR. HAMPTON FROM KENT UNIVERSITY

Dr. Mark Hampton, Associate Professor with the University of Kent UK delivered a lecture to the Aryanites on September 10, 2018. He was warmly welcomed by our Chairman Sir, Mr. Vineet Chopra. In the beginning of the lecture, Dr. Mark Hampton introduced the University of Kent to the students. After giving a detailed description of the university campus, he spoke about the school of Anthropology and Conservation. He further divulged on the core principles of his school. He also gave an outline of the courses offered at his university.

ADMISSION IN FORIGN UNIVERSITY

IIT and NEET are no more ultimate destination of students there are many foreign universities better than IITs and NEETs are open for Indian Students. We prepare mentor and guides our students for admission in various foreign universities we have tieup with HKU, Singapur University, KENT University UK, UCAM University, Spain and some other foreign universities.

TO GET ADMISSION IN THESE UNIVERSITY OUR STUDENTS NEED NOT TO GIVE ANY INTERNATIONAL ENTRANCE EXAM. THEY WILL GET ADMISSIONS ON THE BASIS OF CLASS XII GRADESAND LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FROM OUR SCHOOL. UNVERSITIES HAVE PROMISED TO GIVE SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS WHO WILL GATE GOOD GRADES.

This annual report is much more than a statement of the school’s activities and achievements in the last academic year.
